COMPETENCIAS
Module 3 enables university students, higher-education learners, and professionals to build digital competencies aligned with DigComp, particularly in information and data literacy, collaborative digital work, and digital content creation. Learners practice browsing, filtering and analysing information when conducting SWOT and PESTEL analyses, and they collaborate through digital platforms such as Miro and Padlet to map stakeholder ecosystems or evaluate market opportunities. Activities such as creating visual strategic plans with Canva or completing online quizzes reinforce skills in managing digital content and applying digital tools to real organisational challenges.
At the entrepreneurial level, Module 3 develops a set of EntreComp-aligned competences, including mobilising resources, planning and management, taking initiative, and working with others. Activities such as stakeholder analysis, building a basic business plan, identifying funding sources, and evaluating external market conditions help learners understand how to translate community needs into actionable strategies for a social and community-led enterprise. Through exercises like the Pathfinder “Llum Social” study case, SWOT workshops, and market-oriented decision- making scenarios, students strengthen their ability to spot opportunities, assess risks, and design sustainable community-led projects.
These experiences equip participants to plan effectively, manage resources responsibly, and coordinate others in collaborative environments, core capabilities for launching and sustaining community enterprises.
