Module 2 focuses on rethinking education and training to better support community-led economies and local development. Module 2 includes analytical and practical activities, such as exploring EU policy frameworks, and mapping local learning needs through guided readings and reflection tasks, where learners strengthen key digital and entrepreneurial competences that enable them to design, facilitate, and evaluate learning and development processes within communities.
COMPETENCIAS
In Module 2, students and professionals develop key digital skills aligned with DigComp, including the ability to analyse information about local challenges, collaborate and communicate through digital tools, and design learning materials adapted to community needs. They also reinforce responsible digital behaviour by reflecting on inclusive practices, ethical data use, and the role of digital technologies in supporting participation and empowerment.
Module 2 builds learners’ entrepreneurial capacity to identify opportunities for value creation in local contexts, rethink existing training approaches, and design innovative, learner-centred solutions. Students and professionals practice how to mobilize resources, to work with territorial networks, and to plan practical learning interventions that respond to community needs.
Together, these digital and entrepreneurial competences equip participants to contribute effectively to community-led projects and to design education and training strategies that strengthen local resilience and sustainable development.
